

Landkamer Partners was engaged by NetApp to assist in implementing the newly launched corporate brand identity. Our scope included: NetApp’s first corporate brand overview brochure, refinement and systemization of the global corporate literature system, and the creation of the Powered by NetApp ingredient brand identity. All of Landkamer Partners work conformed to brand guidelines for the new identity elements (gateway symbol, typography, and metaphorical images) but successfully expanded and refined the system within the new brand standards framework.

NetApp’s brand communications lacked a corporate overview brochure that captured the company philosophy and products in a broad-brush, high-impact way for use in introductory client meetings. Landkamer Partners’ solution distilled key NetApp differentiation points into a simple, powerful snapshot of the company’s reason for being.
Landkamer Partners’ task was to make sense of the hundreds of product and solutions data sheets and make recommendations for how to visually signal related and non-related groups for easy sorting and quick recognition by sales teams. Our solution provided instant recognition as well as separation of the different types of pieces in the corporate literature system while adhering to brand guidelines.
Our team was engaged to explore, within tight visual parameters, a suitable approach for signaling the inclusion of NetApp technology in partner solutions and products. The Landkamer Partners solution works within guideline restrictions and successfully extends and strengthens the brand’s presence.
