Signaling a change in business strategy, DCS, a successful, 30-year-old state and federal debt collections leader, created a new holding company and new subsidiaries that required a total rebranding. Our team identified Performant’s core attributes as premium and serious, but with an energy lacking in the category. Performant’s audience is primarily government officials.
We created a new corporate signature and brand communications program using images of dynamic architecture—government buildings, lobbies and corporate campuses—the environment of potential clients. The images conveyed solid heritage, while the perspectives and color system communicated moving to higher levels of excellence.
