

Taleo engaged Landkamer Partners to produce two corporate reports in back-to-back years. Although both reports fulfilled regulatory filing functions, they were developed as marketing tools for investors and prospective customers. Taleo talent management software solutions provide insights so that managers can evaluate the talent of an organization allowing them to recruit, retain, and mobilize people for better business performance. More than 5,100 organizations of all sizes in over 200 countries use Taleo talent management software.
A key missing piece in Taleo marketing materials, our first corporate report’s mandate: communicate what Taleo does in simple, clear, jargon-free terms and be emotionally engaging to facilitate quick comprehension of key differences. Additional objectives: showcase Taleo’s rapidly-growing verticals client list and increase approachability. Our solution, shown below, prominently featured Taleo’s brand elements in a graphic fold-out cover that simply explained Taleo’s core capabilities and benefits. The interior featured vertical sectors and Taleo management coupled with financial information.
Our main objective for the second Taleo corporate report was to underscore the innovative leadership that Taleo brings to talent management. A secondary goal was to dramatically show that Taleo offers solutions for small, medium and large businesses. Shown above and at right, spreads were devoted to clients from diverse vertical markets and of various sizes. Dramatic illustrations are meticulously composed of tiny, silhouetted figures to show that all companies are the sum total of the talented people who run them and that Taleo operates squarely in the HR universe.
